The Team

Will Ashton (Director)

Will founded Anthelion in 2025, where he is responsible for guiding the company’s strategic direction and overseeing its development pipeline. A graduate of Warwick Business School, Will began his career in the construction industry as a Project Manager, specialising in pre-acquisition services. Throughout his career, he has successfully led teams on deals worth over £1 billion, primarily within the UK’s Build-to-Rent sector.

Will’s sharp ability to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks has been instrumental in maximizing the value extracted from development sites. His expertise in swiftly appraising development opportunities, combined with his deep knowledge of funding solutions, partnerships, and procurement strategies, enables Anthelion to achieve enhanced visibility and ensure the successful delivery of a diverse portfolio of development projects.
